All Items usually shipped within 2-5 days unless stated on product detail page. $5 shipping applies to all orders shipped within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii standard delivery only. For all orders outside the U.S. please contact customer service for a quote. Standard shipping to Canada is $40. Standard shipping to the U.K. is $85.
